 “I often ask patients the questions – what is the first sign of heart disease in 1/3 of all individuals?  Patient answers range from high blood pressure to high cholesterol or chest pain.  No one seems to know that the first sign of heart disease in 1/3 of all individuals is sudden-death.  I believe that there are identifiable risk factors and treatment strategies for reducing the risk in high-risk individuals.”

“I am fortunate to have provided care for the women’s St. Louis Athletica and the men’s A.C. St. Louis soccer organizations, along with the St. Louis Bandits hockey athletes.  I also enjoy providing care for collegiate and high school athletes.”
